Perfect. That's why we're here. Half our members couldn't do a pushup when they started. Now they're doing things they never imagined. You go at your pace. We push you just enough.
"I've never done kickboxing before..."
Neither had 80% of our members. We teach you everything - how to wrap your hands, how to throw a punch, how to not feel like an idiot. By week 2, you'll look like you've been doing this for years.
"What if I can't keep up?"

"Is this going to be some intimidating MMA gym?"

"What exactly happens in class?"
Warm-up (5 min), technique training (10 min), bag work rounds (25 min), core blast (5 min), cool down (5 min). Music pumping, coaches motivating, members encouraging. You'll sweat, laugh, maybe swear a little, and leave feeling invincible.
