What will my first time in your gym be like?

We pride ourselves on making our new friends feel at home. Your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable.  You will most likely be greeted by our furry friend & Gym  Mascot ALLY . Then One of our awesome coaches will  greet you & give you a tour of the facilities, we’ll sit down with you and walk through your goals,  do a quick personal fitness assessment, and then tell you what  you can expect during your training session. Your 1st class is semi private meaning you will have a coach with you explaining and teaching you your techniques used in class. Our Club is designed to make you feel like family. You will love the  energy & Atmosphere
