I have been kickboxing for almost 5 years. After my 1st kickboxing gym closed suddenly in January of 2020, a friend recommended I check out kickfit. I was not disappointed! From my very first class, Joe the owner, welcomed me with open arms. Shortly after joining Kickfit the pandemic started and while most places were closing down Joe found ways to keep us going and keep active. He began doing virtual classes and even had the brilliant idea of taking the bags out to the parking lot and offering classes outside so we could be socially distant but still continue our workouts. His gym is huge and he is constantly looking for ways to make improvements for his members. Kickfit has something for everyone. From kickboxing to tac-fit to boot camp, Joe and all the coaches run fun, high-energy, and challenging classes. The coaches and members are so friendly and we all feel like family. New members are always welcomed and we love expanding our gym family. I’m so excited to see what Joe has planned for the future as he is always finding ways to challenge the members to be their absolute best. I love our Kickfit family and would absolutely recommend checking it out. You won’t be disappointed.

I joined kick fit and so happy I did..The experience is amazing everyone makes you feel so welcomed. The owner Joe is so friendly and welcoming and listens to what you say and gives you the best advice and is always there for you no matter what. The coaches are so friendly and make you feel like family. The classes are great and so are the all the people that attend.. I was so nervous to make a change in my life but I am so happy I did with kick fit. I have a whole different mindset for a change in my life style and I wouldn’t want to do that anywhere but here …

I have not been to a gym in a few years and was apprehensive to start. I am so glad I joined kick fit. The coaches are amazing! They spend time with you to show you the proper technique. The atmosphere is like a family. At 62 if I can do it so can you!
